Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlopIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of FlopIQ, including free and premium subscribers. FlopIQ is operated by Lukas ("we", "us", or "our").

What FlopIQ Is

FlopIQ is an educational poker training application. It is designed to teach poker strategy, hand analysis, and decision-making skills through structured lessons and exercises.

Any chip counts, scores, or results within the App are fictional and have no monetary value.

Premium Subscription

FlopIQ offers a freemium model. Certain content is available at no charge. Access to premium content requires a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not store or process payment information directly.

Account & Data

FlopIQ uses anonymous authentication. When you install the App, a unique anonymous ID is automatically created for you — no email address or personal information is required to use the App.

Your progress, lesson history, and exercise results are stored under this anonymous ID. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App settings.

Usage Rules

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or circumvent the App's subscription or entitlement system
• Use automated tools to interact with the App

Ownership

All content within FlopIQ — including lesson content, exercises, graphics, and the app itself — is owned by Lukas and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content.

No Gambling Advice

FlopIQ provides educational content about poker strategy. Nothing in the App constitutes advice to gamble, and we make no representations about outcomes of real-money poker play. Use any knowledge gained from FlopIQ responsibly and in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the App will be error-free.

Minimum Age

FlopIQ is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 17.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated.
